Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of cert.aicu.ai (the "Site"). Please read them before using the Site.

1. What the Site is

cert.aicu.ai is a viewer and verification page for certificate records issued by AICU Japan K.K. (award and contest certificates for works, and credentials for people such as course completion). The Site presents records; the authoritative record data is held by api.aicu.ai. The Site does not sign files, does not embed anything into files, does not sell anything and does not accept uploads from the public.

Each certificate has a permanent URL of the form https://cert.aicu.ai/v/{certId}. Specimen records whose ID ends in -SAMPLE, and records marked as specimens, are examples only and do not attest to any fact.

2. What a certificate does and does not mean

A certificate record states that AICU Japan K.K. issued the certificate described on the page (for example, that a work received an award in an AICU contest, or that a person completed a course). It is not a legal determination of copyright, ownership, originality or the absence of AI involvement, and it is not a C2PA signature or a tamper-proof seal. The "Verify" page detects C2PA manifests in an uploaded file and looks up license tokens; it does not validate signatures.

Records may be revoked (for example after a takedown or correction). A revoked record stays reachable at its URL and is shown as revoked.

3. Personal data in credentials

Credentials for people show only the display name the holder agreed to publish, the programme, and completion dates. No grades, e-mail addresses or student numbers are shown. Credential pages are excluded from search engines. A holder may request that their display name be removed; the URL is kept and the name is replaced (see the credential specification on GitHub).

4. Images and licensing

Certificate images and works are served from noai-cert.aicu.ai. Their reuse and AI-training terms are declared in machine-readable form under Really Simple Licensing (RSL) 1.0 at /license.xml and in robots.txt. Text on this Site may be indexed and used by AI systems; images and works may not, unless an individual certificate says otherwise (for example GC@1.0 creator-return terms). Copyright in works belongs to their creators.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not present a specimen as a real certificate, or alter a certificate page or image to misrepresent it.
  • Do not enumerate credential IDs or attempt to build lists of holders.
  • Do not use the Site or its data for harassment, discrimination or unlawful purposes.

6. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Record data comes from api.aicu.ai (AICU Inc.). The shared AICU header may offer sign-in through aicu.ai; signing in is optional and not required to view any certificate. "Add to LinkedIn" links open LinkedIn with prefilled fields and are governed by LinkedIn's terms.

7. No warranty; changes

The Site is provided as is. AICU Japan K.K. may change or stop the Site; permanent certificate URLs are maintained on a best-effort basis as described in the URL design specification on GitHub. Errors in a record can be reported to the contact below.

利用規約

本規約は cert.aicu.ai（以下「本サイト」）の利用について定めます。ご利用前にお読みください。

1. 本サイトとは

cert.aicu.ai は、AICU Japan 株式会社が発行する証明書の記録（作品に対する賞状・コンテスト証明書、人に対する受講認定証など）を表示し、確認するためのページです。記録のデータの正本は api.aicu.ai が保持し、本サイトはそれを表示します。本サイトはファイルへの署名や埋め込みを行わず、販売もせず、一般からのアップロードも受け付けていません。

各証明書には https://cert.aicu.ai/v/{certId} の形の恒久 URL があります。ID が -SAMPLE で終わる記録および見本と表示された記録は例示であり、いかなる事実も証明しません。

2. 証明書が意味すること・しないこと

証明書の記録は「AICU Japan 株式会社がそのページに記載した証明書を発行した」という事実（たとえば AICU のコンテストで受賞したこと、講座を修了したこと）を示します。著作権・所有権・独自性・AI 利用の有無についての法的判断ではなく、C2PA 署名や改ざん防止の封印でもありません。「検証」ページはアップロードされたファイル内の C2PA マニフェストの有無を検出し、ライセンストークンを照合するもので、署名の正当性は検証しません。

記録は取消（失効）されることがあります（削除請求や訂正など）。失効した記録も URL は維持され、失効と表示されます。

3. 受講認定証に含まれる個人情報

人に対する証明書には、本人が公開を承諾した表示名、講座名、修了日のみを載せます。成績・メールアドレス・学籍番号は載せません。受講認定証のページは検索エンジンの対象外です。本人は表示名の削除を求めることができ、その場合 URL は維持したまま表示名を置き換えます（仕様は GitHub の credential.md）。

4. 画像とライセンス

証明書の画像と作品は noai-cert.aicu.ai から配信されます。再利用や AI 学習の可否は Really Simple Licensing（RSL）1.0 に基づき /license.xml と robots.txt で機械可読に宣言しています。本サイトのテキストは AI による索引・利用を認めますが、画像と作品は個別の証明書（GC@1.0 の還元条件など）が別に定めない限り認めません。作品の著作権は制作者に帰属します。

5. 禁止事項

  • 見本を本物の証明書として提示すること、証明書のページや画像を改変して誤認させること
  • 受講認定証の ID を総当たりし、保有者の一覧を作ろうとすること
  • 本サイトやそのデータを嫌がらせ・差別・違法な目的に用いること

6. 外部サービス

本サイトは Cloudflare 上で配信されます。記録のデータは api.aicu.ai（AICU Inc.）から取得します。AICU 共通ヘッダーから aicu.ai のログインを利用できますが、証明書の閲覧にログインは不要です。「LinkedIn に追加」リンクは項目を入力済みの状態で LinkedIn を開くもので、LinkedIn の規約に従います。

7. 無保証・変更

本サイトは現状有姿で提供されます。AICU Japan 株式会社は本サイトを変更・停止することがあります。証明書の恒久 URL は GitHub の URL 設計仕様に基づき維持に努めます。記録の誤りは下記の連絡先へお知らせください。
