AICU CERT
cert.aicu.ai は、AICU Japan 株式会社が発行した証明書（コンテストの賞状・講座の受講認定証）を、発行から何年経っても同じ URL・同じ意味で確認できるようにするためのサイトです。
証明書の URL は変えず、記録は消さず（取り下げも理由を添えて残し）、ライセンス標や還元条件は版を凍結して発行時点の意味を保ちます。
記録そのものは api.aicu.ai が保持し、このサイトはそれを表示します。このサイトはファイルに署名せず、記録の正本も持ちません。
cert.aicu.ai exists so that a certificate issued by AICU Japan K.K. (a contest award or a course credential) can be checked years later at the same URL with the same meaning.
URLs never change, records are never deleted (a withdrawal stays visible with its reason), and license marks and return terms are frozen by version so they keep the meaning they had when issued.
The records themselves are held by api.aicu.ai; this site displays them. It signs nothing and stores no authoritative data.

証明の対象が「作品」か「人」かで分かれます。 Two families, by what is certified: a work, or a person.
Award / Contest — 作品に対する証明
noai-cert.aicu.ai から配信し、RSL と robots.txt で AI 利用を拒否しています。
Certifies that a work received an award or was accepted into a contest.
The gallery lists real certificates registered on api.aicu.ai. Award images are served from
noai-cert.aicu.ai, where AI use is refused via RSL and robots.txt.
Credential — 人に対する受講認定証
DHW26S です。
受講認定証は検索インデックスに載せず、ギャラリーにも掲載しません。公開しているのは見本（specimen）だけです。
Certifies that a person completed a course and was recognised. The first instance is
DHW26S (Digital Hollywood University). Credentials are not indexed and not listed in the gallery;
only specimens are public.
証明書 URL のしくみ
証明書 URL は他人に渡すものです。SNS の投稿、印刷物、コンテストの告知に埋め込まれるため、形を変えない恒久的な契約として扱います。 A certificate URL is meant to be handed to other people — social posts, print, contest announcements — so its form is a permanent contract and does not change.

役割の分担 / Who holds what
cert.aicu.ai は表示と検証の面で、正本データを持ちません。api.aicu.ai が証明書の記録・C2PA 検出・ライセンス照合の正本です。
言語に依存しない機械可読の説明は /llms.txt にあります。
cert.aicu.ai is presentation and verification only; api.aicu.ai is the authority for
certificate records, C2PA detection and license lookup. A language-independent, machine-readable description is at /llms.txt.
「検証する」でできること
/verify では、画像ファイルに C2PA マニフェストが含まれているかを api.aicu.ai（/v1/images/inspect）で検出し、
あわせて証明書 ID やライセンストークンを照合できます。署名の正当性を証明するものではなく、また cert.aicu.ai が署名を付与することもありません。
/verify detects whether an image carries a C2PA manifest (via api.aicu.ai
/v1/images/inspect) and looks up certificate IDs and license tokens. It is not signature verification, and cert.aicu.ai does not sign files.
ライセンス標は変えずに、機械にも同じ条件を伝えます
AICU が提案してきたライセンス標（(A) (AA) (AAC) (C) (CG) (AC) (GC)）は、これまでどおり証明書に表示され、意味も変えません。 そのうえで、「AI に使ってよい条件」を機械が読める形でも伝えるために、各標を国際標準 Really Simple Licensing (RSL) 1.0 の語彙に対応付けています。 人には標で、機械には RSL で、同じ条件を伝えます。認定（誰が受賞・修了したか）と GC（生成のたびに原作者へ還元する条件）の定義は AICU が持ち、版を凍結して発行時点の意味を保ちます。 AICU's license marks ((A) (AA) (AAC) (C) (CG) (AC) (GC)) stay on certificates with their meaning unchanged. To convey the same terms to machines, each mark is mapped to the vocabulary of Really Simple Licensing (RSL) 1.0. People read the mark; machines read RSL; both say the same thing. AICU keeps the definitions of certification (who was awarded or completed) and of GC (per-generation return to the creator), frozen by version so an issued certificate keeps its meaning.

GC — 原作者への還元
payment type="use" として表現します。定義は版ごとに凍結し、発行済み証明書は発行時点の版を指し続けます。
Generation is permitted through an authorised service, and a return to the rights holder is recorded per generation.
Expressed in RSL as payment type="use". Each version is frozen so issued certificates keep pointing at the terms of their day.
証明書の記録を読む
証明書の記録は api.aicu.ai から認証なしで読めます。cert.aicu.ai の HTML を解析するより、この API を使ってください。 Certificate records can be read from api.aicu.ai without authentication. Prefer the API over scraping HTML.
ライセンストークンの照合は GET https://api.aicu.ai/v1/images/license/{token} で行えます。
発行 API は公開していません。
License tokens can be checked at GET https://api.aicu.ai/v1/images/license/{token}. There is no public issuing API.
