AI画像生成が当たり前になった時代、いちばん難しいのは「絵を作ること」ではなく 原作者にどう報いるかでした。AICU の (GC) ライセンスは、 リファレンス画像から生成された作品1枚ごとに、原著作権者へ報酬を還元します。 しかも「著作権を売る」のではなく、1回の生成という行為に対価を払う従量モデルです。 Now that AI image generation is everywhere, the hard part is no longer making the picture — it is how to reward the original creator. AICU's (GC) license routes a royalty to the rights holder for every image generated from a reference — a usage-based model that pays for the act of generation, not the sale of a copyright.
権利者が自分のキャラクターを認証（cert）すると、そのキャラは指定の生成サービスで リファレンス画像として使えるようになります。ファンが1回生成するたびに、 生成原価を差し引いた粗利の40%が原著作権者に計上されます。 生成物には来歴（誰が・いつ・何から生成し・いくら還元したか）が刻まれ、 cert.aicu.ai/gc でいつでも検証できます。 When a rights holder certifies their character, it becomes usable as a reference image in the authorized generation service. Every time a fan generates, 40% of the gross margin after generation cost is credited to the original creator. Each output carries verifiable provenance — who generated it, when, from what, and how much was returned — checkable at cert.aicu.ai/gc.
世界初のAI作画による連載漫画、学園AIホラー『YOUKAI』の主人公 黒渕見介（クロブチ）を api.aicu.ai の生成キャラクターとして登録しました。 ファンがクロブチの画像を生成するたび、権利者 Studio YOUKAI（作画・殻尾／原作・しらいはかせ）へ 自動で報酬が還元されます。掲載期間・繰越・月次レポートまで仕組みとして動いています。 We registered Kurobuchi, the protagonist of the AI-drawn serialized horror manga YOUKAI, as a generatable character on api.aicu.ai. Whenever a fan generates a Kurobuchi image, a royalty is automatically returned to the rights holder Studio YOUKAI (art: Karao / original: Dr. Shirai). Listing periods, carry-forward, and monthly reports all run as part of the system.
